Cancer survivorship

Life after cancer can bring new questions and challenges. Our survivorship and post-treatment programs offer guidance, connection and resources to help you regain confidence, rebuild routines and support your well-being as you move forward.

After cancer treatment, many patients may be hit with uncertainties when readjusting to daily life – such as when to return to work, what sort of diet to be on, how much exercise to get or how to re-establish relationships. The question inevitably is “Now what?”

That’s why Atlantic Health offers support programs to help cancer patients deal with post-treatment issues related to survivorship.
