Lara Von Berg, MD

Dr. Lara Von Berg is board certified in family medicine. She treats newborns through seniors who are dealing with chronic and acute illnesses, and she has a particular interest in women's health and preventive care. Dr. Von Berg received her undergraduate degree in molecular biology from University of California Santa Cruz. She went on to attain both her master's degree in public health and her medical degree from St. George's University in the West Indies. Dr. Von Berg completed her residency in family medicine at Overlook Medical Center, where she remains on the medical staff. Committed to community outreach, Dr. Von Berg has served as a clinical volunteer for the Susan G. Komen foundation and in her free time she enjoys cooking, swimming, yoga, and traveling and writing. She is also fluent in Spanish.
