Business resource groups
Inclusion and belonging is a critical part of our workplace culture and business. We created business resource groups (BRGs) to celebrate diversity and foster an inclusive workforce. Our team members can join any BRG to drive meaningful change internally and in the communities we serve.
Building a culture of P.R.I.D.E
Business resource groups (BRGs) are voluntary, team member-led groups who share a characteristic, background or interest that defines each particular group. They serve as an outlet and resource for team members and are aligned with the organization’s mission, values and goals. All team members are invited to join BRGs to support, learn and contribute.
While each group has a particular focus, all BRGs encourage team members to break boundaries and learn about each other’s rich cultures pertaining to race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender, education, language, military status, occupation, family status, age, etc. race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, religion, age, disability, military status, language, immigration status, marital or parental status, occupation, education, or socioeconomic background.
A word from a team member
"I joined the African American resource group because I wanted a way to share cultural ideas and history and food and music and things...that were relevant to me."

This group is aimed at supporting the growth of early careerists and/or those interested in growing their careers. This group will cultivate an environment in which our emerging professionals feel empowered to develop their skills as they achieve their full potential.
This group provides cross-cultural engagement and experiences to our team members and our local communities. Programming will highlight and empower our Latino community to advance at work, at home and in their communities.
This group supports our mission of creating an inclusive, safe space for all team members, patients and our community. Through numerous initiatives, this BRG will educate, raise awareness and celebrate our community all while advancing health equity.
This group provides a community for team members who share an interest in serving, or support to those who serve, by connecting veterans both internally and externally. We also provide support to service men, women and families currently enlisted as well as those transitioning to civilian life all while promoting our mission for an inclusive workplace.
This group promotes a culture of equality for female professionals by inspiring, empowering and connecting women. This BRG enables women to enhance and develop their quality of life by presenting opportunities to design their future.
This group builds a network for parents and caregivers to share experiences and resources all while providing potential best practices. This BRG will serve as a cornerstone for working parents (new and seasoned) to gather for a purpose: to support each other.
