By bringing together a diverse group of specialists, we create personalized care plans designed not only to treat injuries but to optimize recovery and performance.

Performance-focused care for every athlete

Comprehensive care

We offer sports performance physicals, which are all-inclusive exams, utilizing electrocardiograph (EKG) testing, lab work, imaging and evaluation of muscular balances to develop a complete health and training history to guide your treatment plan.

Advanced technology

Ninety percent of sports injuries do not require surgery, and our sports medicine specialists offer many non-operative and minimally-invasive medical treatments for both musculoskeletal and non-musculoskeletal injuries. When surgical care is required, our orthopedic specialists provide advanced surgical solutions.

Enhanced performance

We collaborate with physical therapists,  registered dieticians, certified strength and conditioning specialist to ensure proper biomechanics for safe training, improved performance, and reduced injury risk.
