Our mission for the Critical Care Medicine Fellowship at Atlantic Health is to train the next generation of highly skilled and compassionate intensivists in an environment that prioritizes community, scholarship and leadership. We endeavor to prepare well-balanced physicians who are enthusiastic for their careers in clinical or academic critical care medicine. We believe we have the resources and infrastructure to offer a rich and challenging educational experience that prepares our fellows in all the clinical competency areas, while at the same time instilling the shared values of our hospital system — to deliver high quality, innovative and personalized health care that strengthens our community and improves lives for patients, consumers and caregivers.
