The list assesses close to eight thousand home health agencies on topics including quality of care and patient experience.

Atlantic Visiting Nurse earned a High Performing rating by U.S. News, the highest possible rating and one of only eight agencies in the state to achieve that result. When it comes to quality of care, Atlantic Visiting Nurse scored above the state and national average in every category: Improved Walking and Movement, Ability to Get Out of Bed, Improved Bathing Skills, Improved Breathing, Timely Start of Care, Correct Medication Use, and Hospitalizations. In patient experience, Atlantic Visiting Nurse scored five stars (out of five) and scored above the state and national averages in Professionalism, Communication, Discussing Medications and Safety, Likelihood of Recommending Agency, and Rated Highly by Patients.
