Our state-of-the-art, 38-bed location in Madison, NJ specializes in stroke rehabilitation, brain injuries, neurological rehabilitation, spinal cord injuries and amputations. During your stay with us, you’ll have access to gyms with the latest equipment, a multipurpose courtyard, private dining and more.

We also have a simulated apartment space that can help you relearn basic tasks of independent living.
