Suzette Davenport, APN

Suzette Davenport, APRN, MS, is a nurse practitioner with Atlantic Breast Associates. Licensed by the State of New Jersey as an advanced practice nurse and certified as an adult nurse practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, she provides a multidisciplinary approach to care and strives for excellence in treating patients with a high risk of developing breast cancer, patients with a personal history of breast cancer, benign breast disease and abnormal breast imaging.

With over 15 years of experience in nursing, including over five years practicing as a nurse practitioner, Suzette provides comprehensive care to patients, which includes assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, follow-up, and education in collaboration with breast surgeons. She has been instrumental in building a breast cancer navigation program and has developed a successful high risk program to provide consultation, screening, and genetic risk evaluation for individuals at increased risk of breast cancer due to personal risk factors.

Suzette utilizes her advanced knowledge and practice skills to provide optimal care and provide community education on breast health. She earned a bachelor of science degree in nursing and a master’s degree in advanced practice nursing from Felician College, now Felician University, in NJ. In addition to her qualifications as a nurse practitioner, she is certified as an oncology nurse and as a pain resource nurse.
