Clear communication, patience, and friendliness from all staff members in office and over the phone.

Just didn't get a good vibe overall. Was friendly and the lady who checked me and was very nice but I really didn't like the provider. I had to advocate for myself and reach out afterwards and tell her I wanted to try topical hormones ASAP.

Bedside manner was ok- friendly but a little aloof. Didnt really know why I was there despite telling the nurse why, and noting why when I scheduled. Didnt spend much time explaining what my options were, seemed to be more focused on my breast health and STDs which is not why I was there. Provider Definitely not proactive ,but more of a "let's see what happens next" approach.

Everyone in the office was amazing, very friendly, made me feel very comfortable. I will be very happy to go back there again.
