Dr. Lambert was very patient with my daughter and gave her time to get comfortable. Not at any point in my daughter's reluctance did I feel Dr. Lambert was annoyed or wanted to rush. I very much appreciated her calmness and willingness to work with her and speak with me about the reason of the visit.
