Sabina Braude, MD

Dr. Sabina Braude is medical director of Atlantic Medical Group Gastroenterology at Summit. As a fellowship trained gastroenterologist specializing in liver disease and digestive health issues, Dr. Braude manages care for patients dealing with gastrointestinal conditions, cancers and metabolic issues. She is board-certified in internal medicine, gastroenterology, and obesity medicine. Her background in internal medicine and hospitalist medicine fueled her interest in endocrinology and diabetes care. Dr. Braude takes time to listen to her patients to understand the challenges they face, always seeking to improve their lives through treatment and preventive care. Throughout her career, she has treated underserved patients with food insecurities and limited access to medical care – experiences that framed her perspective that preventive care is a critical cornerstone of medicine. Seeing herself as a partner with her patients, Dr. Braude develop individualized treatment plans focused on nutrition, physical activity, behavior modification, and preventative measures to improve health. She also treats a wide range of digestive conditions including colonic and gastric polyps, functional gastrointestinal disorders, autoimmune conditions of the gastrointestinal tract, anorectal disease, infections including H. pylori, C. difficile, viral hepatitis, hepatobiliary disease, nutritional disorders, and obesity. Dr. Braude earned her medical degree from New York University School of Medicine where she also completed her residency training. She pursued a fellowship in gastroenterology at Albert Einstein School of Medicine, NY. She is fluent in Russian. Dr. Braude is a participating provider of the Atlantic Accountable Care Organization.
