    The doctor was very kind and respectful Is very knowledgeable I would certainly go back to him. Everyone in the office was very nice too.

    The visit was good, but prior to the visit, the office staff claimed that she already received a CD with images from an earlier provider, which was incorrect. This person (Mary Lisa) also did not follow up for 4 weeks before the appointment.

    The receptionist insisted that I pay in advance my insurance copay, even though I insisted that I ALWAYS get billed after the insurance.company settles with them. They stated that they are not Atlantic Health Care, but Atlantic Medical Group and don't have a billing department. I told the receptionist that my Primary Care Doctor is also Atlantic Medical Group, but I get billed afterward. Then a supervisor came over to me and insisted that I pay beforehand, but I told her that I insisted that I get billed/ They finally gave up on insisting that I pay first. All in all, a VERY negative experience.
