Peter F Vitale, DO

Peter Vitale, DO, is a family medicine physician with Atlantic Medical Group. Board-certified in family medicine and osteopathic manipulative treatment by the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians, he brings outstanding outpatient and inpatient clinical experience to his practice, treating children and adult patients for all general medical needs. Attentive, caring and competent, Dr. Vitale takes a keen interest in each patient and strives to build strong relationships to help them thrive and stay healthy.

Dr. Vitale earned his degree in osteopathic medicine from NYIT College of Osteopathic Medicine, Old Westbury, NY, and completed his residency in family medicine at Overlook Medical Center, Summit, NJ, part of Atlantic Health System. In addition to serving as chief resident, he was awarded a clinical excellence award for demonstrating the highest ideals of family medicine.

Dr. Vitale is a member of the American Osteopathic Association, the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians, the American Academy of Family Physicians, as well as a participating provider of the Atlantic Accountable Care Organization.
