- 3.3Mar 17, 2025The doctor did not explain that my blood test showed that the liver enzymes had stabilized. Instead, he left me with the instruction of going on an alcohol free & gluten free diet. I'm not sure that was all necessary. Moderation would be appropriate. It was odd, I found out that my liver enzymes were fine after talking to the nurse last week.
