There needs to be better training on the part of schedulers. I received a message that I needed to schedule an appointment before any refills. I called to schedule, even though I didn't have an immediate need for refills. As I was checking out after seeing the dr, I was informed that I was overdue for my annual exam/physical. Why wouldn't the scheduler have seen that when making the appointment I was there for?! So now I have to return a month later for a physical when it all could have been taken care of at once. Do you not value your patients time?

I usually don't because Dr. Minhas is fantastic, but he is sometimes hard yo get in to see him. This appointment, however, was quickly scheduled
