Both the nurse and Megan Rodrigues were very professional but comforting at the same time. They took their time explaining what was going on, why and how it will be treated.

Just a great experience overall

As stated earlier Megan Rodriguez is a gem, from her professionalism and educational expertise in what I was dealing with to her active listening was astounding- it's so important to know your provider is listening and understanding you not just your symptoms objectively but subjectively in order to provide compassion and support! She thoroughly explained how everything happens and happened in my case and how we can move forward to see how prevent (as best we can) to preventatively improve the quality of the chance of a repeat! Being as gentle as possible with the procedure and what to expect after and answering any questions that I had! Her and her nurse were just great!!!

She addressed all my needs and concerns.
