Mark Robert O Ajala, DO

Mark-Robert Ajala, DO, is a board-certified minimally invasive gynecologic surgeon and obstetrician/gynecologist with Atlantic Medical Group. He has a strong foundation in primary care and is committed to a holistic approach in treating women of all ages.

Dr. Ajala provides the full breadth of labor, delivery, and postpartum care, as well as concerns related to female pelvic health throughout the person’s lifecycle. Rooted in the teachings of osteopathic medicine, he is trained to look at the whole person, taking into account the mind, body, and spirit as integral to health. Skilled, compassionate, and supportive, Dr. Ajala manages normal and high-risk pregnancies and emphasizes family-centered maternity care, wellness, and disease prevention. He is a member of the American Osteopathic Association and the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.

Dr. Ajala earned his medical degree at Rowan University School of Osteopathic Medicine, Stratford, NJ. He performed his residency in OB/GYN at Morristown Medical Center, a Regional Perinatal Center, which provided him with comprehensive training in all aspects of maternity care. He is a participating provider of the Atlantic Accountable Care Organization.
