Jody Skariah, MD

Dr. Jody Skariah is board certified in family medicine and part of Atlantic Medical Group Primary Care at Clark. Born and raised in New Rochelle, New York, Dr. Skariah brings compassion and expertise to her patients, and strives to connect with them through understanding and mutual respect. She believe in shared decision-making, by teaching her patients about their condition and discussing treatment options with them. Dr. Skariah has specialized interest in preventive medicine. Dr. Skariah completed her residency at the Mid-Hudson Institute for Family Health in Kingston, NY, and achieved her undergraduate degree in biology at New York Institute of Technology in Old Westbury, NY. She attained her medical degree from American University of Antigua College of Medicine. During her residency, Dr. Skariah was chief resident and also earned the intern of the year award. She participated in hospital-related committees and research. She is fluent in Malayalam and enjoys dancing whenever she has the chance.
