Dr. Jillian Alderson is a board-certified neurologist who is fellowship-trained in neuromuscular medicine through the Atlantic Neuroscience Institute.Dr. Alderson received her medical degree from Georgetown University School of Medicine in Washington, DC, where she graduated cum laude and was admitted to the Alpha Omega Alpha (AOA) medical honors society. She also received various awards for leadership, integrity and humanitarianism. She went on to pursue her neurology residency training at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston, MA, serving as chief resident and remaining there for her fellowship in neuromuscular medicine. While in Boston, she pursued her passion for teaching, including facilitating several classes through Harvard Medical School and won awards for residency advocacy. Her research has been published in various peer-reviewed journals and presented at several national conferences.Dr. Alderson continues to be fascinated by how the nervous system affects behavior and function in all parts of the body, therefore, she sees both general neurology and neuromuscular patients in her practice. She maintains professional memberships to the American Academy of Neurology and the American Association of Neuromuscular & Electrodiagnostic Medicine. She is a participating provider of the Atlantic Accountable Care Organization.

- 5.0Dec 31, 2025Everything about my visit was good, the front desk receptionist were very helpful, the doctor was wonderful, this is my first time seeing her and I can't think of a bad thing that happened or was said or anything.. It It was an all-around great experience. I was seeing Dr. Alderson for the first time.. Front desk staff is very helpful and very nice all around.
