Jessica McAllister, CNM

Jessica McAllister, DNP(c), CNM, is a certified nurse midwife with Atlantic Medical Group (AMG) who has 10 years of experience providing comprehensive care to women, including pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, and gynecologic services. She is dedicated to providing compassionate, personalized care to all patients and ensuring they are educated about their condition and treatment.

Jessica obtained her bachelor of science in nursing, magna cum laude, from William Paterson University, Wayne, NJ, followed by her master of science in nursing, nurse midwifery, from Frontier Nursing University, Hyden, KY. She then completed the Women’s Functional & Integrative Medicine Professional Training Program at New Medicine for Women Institute, Aviva Romm, MD, and the Faculty Preparation Course at Connecticut Center for Nursing Workforce. She brings to AMG extensive experience in women’s health, including clinical practice as a certified nurse midwife, ownership of midwifery practices, postpartum and mother-baby nursing, clinical education, and adjunct teaching in maternal-child nursing. She is board-certified in nurse-midwifery by the American Midwifery Certification Board and maintains current certifications in Basic Life Support and Neonatal Resuscitation.

Jessica has authored a peer-reviewed publication, delivered presentations, and is a member of the professional organizations American College of Nurse Midwives, Sigma Theta Tau International, Iota Alpha Chapter, National Society of Leadership & Success, and The Association for Prenatal and Perinatal Psychology and Health. She is a participating provider of the Atlantic Accountable Care Organization.
