This visit was my first to the practice and my first appointment with Dr. May-Ortiz. She Is the kindest and most caring and attentive primary care physician I have ever encountered. I knew throughout our conversation that she was listening to every detail and was well acquainted with my medical history. I was also offered more effective medication for an ongoing medical issue with a complete explanation of how and why Dr. May believed this change would be a great benefit for my health (and it was). By the end of the visit, I felt as if I had been her patient long-term.

I followed Dr. Ortiz from her former practice because she was and remains a great primary care doctor. She listens to you, doesn't minimize your concerns and gives thorough explanations.

Dr. May-Ortiz has been the best physician I've had so far. She takes the time to address and explain all concerns, very knowledgeable and professional. Would highly recommend her to anyone.
