About me
Jennifer Landzinski, MSN, ACNPC-AG, is a nurse practitioner specializing in pulmonary disease with a focus in COPD and asthma with Atlantic Medical Group (AMG). She is a licensed registered nurse with over 10 years of experience and an AACN-certified acute care adult gerontological nurse practitioner. She has more than five years of experience performing comprehensive physical examinations, diagnosing and treating both acute and chronic illnesses, and leading care for critically ill patients. Her care is driven by compassionate, personalized treatment plans for all patients with a prioritization on education regarding their condition and treatment.
Jennifer earned both her Bachelor of Science in nursing and Master of Science in nursing from Seton Hall University, South Orange, NJ. Prior to joining AMG, she served in nursing facilities mitigating hospitalizations as well as treating multiple acute issues in the urgent care setting. Her experience as a nurse practitioner is supported by her strong background in emergency trauma medicine and medical surgical nursing. While working in these areas, she received the prestigious DAISY Award for extraordinary nurses. She currently holds ACLS and BLS certifications, is a member of Sigma Theta Tau, American Association of Critical Care Nurses, and American Association of Nurse Practitioners, and is a participating provider of the Atlantic Accountable Care Organization.
