Ifomachukwu Azih, MD

Ifomachukwu N. Azih, MD, is an interventional pain management physician with Atlantic Medical Group (AMG). Board-certified in anesthesiology and pain medicine by the American Board of Anesthesiology, she provides compassionate, personalized care to all patients, and makes sure they are educated about their condition and treatment. She is passionate about using a multimodal approach to the treatment of pain involving holistic and interventional approaches.

Dr. Azih received her medical degree from Ross University and completed her anesthesiology residency at Cook County Health and Hospital Systems in Chicago, Illinois. She then completed a fellowship in pain medicine at the Medical College of Wisconsin. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in nursing from the University of Virginia.

Dr. Azih has delivered several national presentations and is a member of the American Society of Anesthesiologists and the American Society of Regional Anesthesia and Pain Management. She is a participating provider of the Atlantic Accountable Care Organization.
