Everyone was great! I was at this venue because I had developed allergies to stinging, flying insects. I will never forget that Dr Graffino stayed at her office until 7:30 PM so she could see me on my first visit. A real doctor! In my 4 years of desensitization treatments, I was always amazed at the friendliness, professionalism and efficiency of the entire operation. Mission accomplished!!!

She is a horrible doctor who essentially made it seem like I was crazy over asking for an allergy

We will not return to your practice because of the following issues: doctor did not see our son prior to the peanut challenge for a baseline assessment, once allergic reaction began (15 min mark), we did not receive Benadryl dose for 10 additional minutes and no doctor came to our exam room for assessment of allergic reaction. Once Benadryl was on board, doctor requested we walk to her office for her first assessment of our son from behind her desk. She, then, looked over his chart but never assessed his airway or other possible issues prior to our departure. We recommend better bedside care and protocols when allergen challenges are taking place so that life threatening concerns are taken care of in an appropriate amount of time
