The physician showed no respect. She dismissed me without any options. She didn't move from her behind desk to evaluate me. It was just a verbal conversation that ended up going no where. I would actually like a refund to me and my insurance carrier. I have never had an experience like this before.

I found it very strange that the doctor sat behind her desk the entire time and never got up or came into the exam room. We were told to go into her office to see her instead. We brought our baby in for allergies. She had the nurse do skin testing which is good and mainly what we needed done. However, The doctor NEVER assessed or examined my baby. She never even touched her. All she did was look at her from across the room. Then she documented an entire head to toe assessment in her records. I see the entire thing in my chart. You can't document something you never did.

The doctor was dismissive and made me feel incredibly foolish for being there. When I described the pains and discomfort I feel (reason for visiting), she said "the logical thing to do would be to go to a gastro doctor first", as if that's common knowledge for a patient. She provided me no care, talked down to me in her office before sending me on my way. She couldn't even provide me with a recommendation for next steps when I asked and eventually just told me to google it. It was a complete waste of my time and I've never felt so pushed aside by a doctor in my life. I will never return to this office.

This was my first visit with this physician. It was very difficult to response to many of the questions because her approach was much more different that my regular physician.

The doctor did not come out from behind her desk. She talked to me but nothing else. Didnt provide any medical services.
