Been Dr Powell's patient 4 or 5 years now, I am pretty happy with him. I like that he doesn't make you get Echos and Stress Tests if he really doesn't think you need them.

One of the best doctors I have encountered. Extremely knowledgeable and current research study findings. Also has a very comfortable bedside manner. Listens well and can think and reason in realtime. He exhibits extraordinary competence in cardiology.

I'm so glad and frankly thrilled to have finally found a personable and extremely knowledgeable, competent cardiologist. Dr. Powell is approachable and easy with which to have a discussion without feeling rushed. He seems well informed regarding recent and current relevant research unlike some other doctors who I was surprised to find were not. My experience with Dr. Powell was all good, in fact, excellent!
