- 5.0Jul 21, 2025I'm always happy to see Dr.Heitzman. I have been going to him for quite a while If I wasn't happy with the Doctor I would not continue to see him.
- 2.7Jul 18, 2025I arrived at 10:40 am for my 11:00 appointment. At 11:30 I was told it would be another 30 minutes! I asked to speak to the office manager, but they couldn't be reached. I was taken back and waited until 11:45 before doctor came in! This Is the 2nd time this has happened. If I had been 45 minutes late, I would have likely been charged $25, sent home without seeing a doctor, having to wait 6 months for a new appointment. Months to get another appointment.
- 5.0Jul 14, 2025The wait time was long.
