About me
Charles Tessier IV, DO, is a physician specializing in family medicine, telemedicine and urgent care and is board-certified in family medicine. He sees patients age 18 and older.
After earning his medical degree from University of Health Sciences: College of Osteopathic Medicine at Louisiana State University, Dr. Tessier completed a residency in family medicine at Baton Rouge General Family Medicine Residency, Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Prior to joining Atlantic Health, Dr. Tessier served as an online urgent care clinician.
Dr. Tessier is a member of many professional organizations including American Academy of Family Physicians, American Osteopathic Association, Urgent Care Association of America, American College of Occupational & Environmental Medicine and the Tennessee College of Occupational & Environmental Medicine. He is a participating provider of the Atlantic Accountable Care Organization.
