Bernadette Marie Walsh, APN

Bernadette Walsh, DNP, is a seasoned doctoral nurse practitioner with Atlantic Medical Group (AMG) with more than 12 years of experience demonstrating and providing expert care through appropriate diagnoses and developing effective treatment strategies. She is dedicated to providing compassionate, personalized care to all patients and ensuring they are educated about their condition and treatment.

Bernadette obtained her bachelor of science in nursing from Fairleigh Dickinson University, Rutherford, NJ, followed by her master’s degree in women’s health nurse practitioner from Seton Hall University, South Orange, NJ. She then earned her doctorate of nursing practice from Rutgers State University, Newark, NJ, followed by her family nurse practitioner post-master’s certification from William Paterson University, Wayne, NJ. Prior to joining AMG, she served as a family nurse practitioner and women’s health nurse practitioner at various institutions in NJ, as well as a clinical professor at William Paterson University. She is a member of the professional organizations American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, Association of Women’s Health Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses, NCC Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner, and Honor Society of Nursing, Sigma Thea Tau International, Gamma Nu Chapter. She is a participating provider of the Atlantic Accountable Care Organization.
