Arthur S Butensky, MD

Arthur Butensky, MD, is a pediatrician with Atlantic Medical Group (AMG). Board-certified in pediatrics by the American Board of Pediatrics. He has more than 40 years of experience providing comprehensive primary care for infants, children and adolescents, focusing on preventive care, growth and development and the management of acute and chronic conditions. He is dedicated to providing compassionate, personalized care to all patients and ensuring they are educated about their condition and treatment.

Dr. Butensky earned his bachelor degree, magna cum laude, from University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, PA, and his medical degree from New Jersey Medical School-UMDNJ, Newark, NJ. He then completed a pediatric residency at Long Island Jewish Medical Center, New Hyde Park, NY, where he also served as assistant chief resident in pediatrics, and an ambulatory pediatrics fellowship at Bellevue Hospital-New York University Medical Center, New York City, NY. He has served and currently serves as an attending physician at multiple establishments throughout New Jersey. He has authored peer-reviewed publications, is a member of the professional organization American Academy of Pediatrics and is a participating provider of the Atlantic Accountable Care Organization.
