The person who scheduled my appointment was very helpful and made it possible for me to see the doctor that week. The staff at the office and Dr. Ackerman were just as nice and helpful during my visit. I really appreciated their professional, caring approach.

My visit was ok. The time to see the doctor was a little bit longer than expected and then the time with the doctor felt a little bit rushed.

Appointment was scheduled for 9:45. Not called in until 10. Did not see doctor until 10:30. If doctor is so busy maybe appointments should be spaced further apart.
