Angela Marie Bieman, PA

Angela M. Bieman, MS, PA-C, is a physician assistant with Atlantic Medical Group (AMG). Certified as a physician assistant by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants in 2019, she has years of experience providing quality and compassionate care to her patients. She has been working specifically within gastroenterology since 2021 and is passionate about treating patients with diseases and disorders of the digestive system.

Angela works collaboratively with other physicians and advanced practice providers within gastro-enterology to provide optimal care and support for both patients and their families. Her comprehensive care includes assessments and physical exams, ordering diagnostics such as blood work and imaging, coordinating treatment plans, follow-up, and education. She diagnoses and manages many conditions including but not limited to GERD, Barrett’s esophagus, peptic ulcers, diseases of the liver and biliary tract, diverticulitis, IBS, and celiac disease. Her goal as a provider is to build an appropriate and effective treatment plan that values her patients’ own decision-making and input.

Prior to joining AMG, Angela worked for three years as a physician assistant in a private gastroenterology practice in Toms River, NJ. She is an active member of the American College of Gastroenterology and the American Academy of Physician Assistants. She received her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Lehigh University, Bethlehem, PA, and went on to obtain her master’s degree at Rutgers University Physician Assistant Program, Piscataway, NJ. She is a participating provider of the Atlantic Accountable Care Organization.
