The doctor spoke to both me and my daughter, who is my care giver. She's an SLP and works in a hospital, so she knows all the ins and outs of doctor speak. The doctor addressed his comments to both of us. My daughter will remember everything he said, even if I can't remember specifics.

The doctor was kind enough to work me into his schedule as my physician was on vacation.

They were professional, showed empathy, and were friendly.

Dr Adelsheimer answered all my questions, clearly explained my condition, and made the right decisions regarding the treatment and procedures to follow; he put me at ease.
