Paul Marmora, CPA, MBA is the Vice President of Ambulatory Care and Network Development of Atlantic Health. He has served in this role since 2016. Mr. Marmora began his career at Atlantic Health in December of 2000. During his 26 years, Mr. Marmora has served in many executive capacities. Previously, he was the Executive Director of Atlantic Medical Group, Director of Finance and Operations of Atlantic Health Morristown Medical Center and Director of Internal Audit and Corporate Compliance of Atlantic Health.
Currently, Mr. Marmora serves as the President and Chair of Atlantic Health Union Surgery Center, President of the Atlantic Health Bridgewater Ambulatory Surgery Center, Vice Chair of the Atlantic Health Bridgewater Ambulatory Services Joint Venture Board as well as Board Member for MedExpress and Atlantic Health Joint Venture Urgent Care Centers, Atlantic Health Memorial Radiology Associates, Atlantic Health Emmaus Ambulatory Surgery Center, Atlantic Health Sparta Imaging and Atlantic Health Sussex Imaging.
Operationally, Mr. Marmora oversees diagnostic imaging (inpatient and outpatient) for the health system, as well as Atlantic Imaging Services, Atlantic Rehabilitation outpatient sites, Atlantic Urgent Care at Sparta, Newton and Clark, Immediate Urgent Care, Atlantic AdvancED Urgent Care and Atlantic Health Bridgewater Pavilion.
He also provides oversight for Atlantic Health Morristown Medical Center Health Pavilion at Rockaway, Atlantic Health Overlook Medical Center Union Campus, Atlantic Health Clark-North Pavilion and Atlantic Health Morristown Pavillion.
Prior to joining Atlantic Health, he was a Partner at Curran Care, Inc., Chicago and prior to that served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Visiting Nurse Association of Central Jersey, Inc., Red Bank, NJ for seven years. Mr. Marmora also worked as a Senior Auditor at Deloitte & Touche.
Mr. Marmora received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Villanova University and a Master of Business Administration from Monmouth University. Additionally, he is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Health Care Financial Management Association and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
