At Chatham Family Medicine, our primary care physicians and staff can treat each member of your family from newborns to the elderly. In fact, we have received Joint Commission Primary Care Medical Home (PCM) Certification.

Variety of surgical procedures, including (but not limited to) simple suturing for minor lacerations, lesion removal for biopsy, incision and drainage of wounds and cysts, cryotherapy for lesions like warts
Care for chronic health conditions, including (but not limited to) asthma, diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, arthritis, back pain, complete health assessments and physical exams
Care of acute illnesses, including (but not limited to) strep throat, infectious mononucleosis, influenza, bronchitis, pneumonia and gastroenteritis
Women's health exams, including Pap smears
Newborn, infant and child care
Adult and adolescent medicine
Inpatient hospital care
Referral to specialists and coordination of care

Detection of colorectal cancer

Atlantic Medical Group accepts most insurance plans, but patients should always check with their individual carriers to determine our participation with their plans. If you require a co-payment at the time of your visit, we accept cash, checks and most credit cards.
