Fatima Naqvi, MD

Fatima Naqvi, MD, is an obstetrician/gynecologist with Atlantic Medical Group. Board certified in obstetrics and gynecology by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, she treats a wide range of concerns related to female pelvic health and provides expert care for normal and high-risk pregnancies.

With over 20 years of experience, Dr. Naqvi approaches her practice with kindness and understanding, putting patients at ease during exams and procedures. She treats women of all ages, providing the full range of labor, delivery, and postpartum care as well as expertise in all aspects of women’s health, from the adolescent to the mature adult. She is especially passionate about teaching young women about their developing bodies and reproductive health. A careful listener, Dr. Naqvi strives to establish strong patient relationships and answer questions in a way that patients can understand. She is a fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Dr. Naqvi earned her medical degree from SUNY Upstate Medical University and completed a residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Christiana Hospital, part of Christiana Care Health Services, DE. Committed to education and service, she has delivered over 75 lectures on all aspects of women’s health to residents in obstetrics and gynecology, and served on a mission trip to Iraq focused on the health needs of Iraqi women. She is a participating provider of the Atlantic Accountable Care Organization.
