At the Comprehensive Epilepsy Center patients are able to receive a complete evaluation for their seizures, with treatment options that can include epilepsy surgery or implantable device therapies.
Treatments are tailored to the individual patient’s needs, and will be discussed with the provider in clinic.

- Responsive Neurostimulation (RNS®)
- – RNS System is the first and only medical device that can monitor and respond to brain activity. The RNS System monitors and responds to brain activity, such as seizures
- Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS therapy)
- – Involves implanting electrodes within certain areas of the brain. These electrodes produce electrical impulses.
